Deacons

Grace Pointe has a team of individuals called deacons dedicated to helping those in need. The Deacons ministry is a group of volunteers who are elected and confirmed by Grace Pointe to review and distribute assistance. In addition, they offer assistance to our local community. The Deacons ministry is another way Grace Pointe shows and shares the love of God with the world through “Go”.

Deacons are selected and affirmed by the church body. This ministry’s calling is to respond to needs within our church and community. The emphasis is on helping those who are unable to fend for themselves; the elderly and disabled, widows, single moms and those needing a hand up due to medical, financial or familial hardship.
